Mason Rye (Fenwick)

Lovely discreet cafe near the entrance of Fenwick. The staff are polite, friendly, and have a great customer service. The coffee’s were great and the cakes were delicious. There is also free water you can help yourself too. The cakes were delicious and well presented, though best in mind are on the premium end. Worth a try though Overall good experience and the atmosphere is nice and chilled and perfect for a sunny afternoon.

Visit here regularly. Good team that have worked there a long time so always a good indicator. Price point on the high side but quality is excellent. My only gripe is it’s great to be able to sit outside when the weather is good. However, the cushions seem only to go out randomly and when asked, staff say there wasn’t sufficient people on duty to put out that day. You also seem to share the space with Fenwick staff eating their own made lunches so it has the feel of a staff area. Shame as I feel a lot more could be made of this area (perhaps with an attended outside station at busy times) which would only improve their revenues and the customer experience.

Food was very delicious especially Salad with Salmon . Coffee was very tasty and reasonable price.Service was very good . Staffs very friendly.

Always really impressed with the food and drinks at Mason & Rye. I’ve tried flat whites in most Bracknell cafes and this is by far my favourite- it’s just the right strength, smooth and velvety. As good as Gail’s, if slightly better. The salads are delicious and veggie friendly. It’s nice to have a healthy place to eat in town thats high quality and tastes great too. The cakes, brownies and pastries are also all delicious. I live under 5 mins away (on foot) and often buy breakfast to take away. It’s more expensive than most cafes in Bracknell food-wise but worth it for a treat. Oh, and although they don’t allow dogs inside, they’re very dog friendly outside and have often brought a bowl of water out for my dog.
